Villa 2 is a single-storey private villa located in Central Lombok with an approximate building area of ±84 m². Designed with a solid stone foundation and reinforced concrete structural elements, this villa combines modern tropical architecture with durable construction standards. The project includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with TOTO sanitary ware, a spacious living area, and a 3.5 × 8 meter swimming pool, offering a compact yet premium residential solution.
