Villa 1 is a compact two-storey private villa located in Central Lombok with a total building area of approximately ±65 m². Designed using a reinforced concrete structural system and finished with modern tropical architectural elements, this villa offers a balanced combination of structural durability and aesthetic appeal. The project includes a private swimming pool (3.2 m × 5 m), terrazzo interior flooring, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, making it an efficient yet premium residential solution.

  • 2-Storey Private Villa (±65 m²): Ground Floor ±40 m² and Second Floor ±25 m², designed for efficient spatial use within a compact footprint.
  • Reinforced Concrete Structural System: River stone foundation combined with K-225 to K-250 reinforced concrete columns, beams, ring beams, and second-floor slab.
